Alex Ravski is a San Francisco Bay Area business attorney who's passionate about founders using business as a tool for impact. He started Nebo Legal so entrepreneurs could get elite legal work without the big-firm price tag or runaround.
Before launching the firm, Alex worked at Foley & Lardner (Am Law 50) and held roles in investment banking, securities compliance, and startup operations. He's advised 100+ startups across AI, defense tech, biotech, fintech, SaaS, clean energy, and more—and sits on the board of Volia Fund.
As an entrepreneur himself, Alex doesn't just draft documents. He helps founders choose the right structure, find the right advisors, protect their IP, build the right team, plan for hypergrowth, and think through exit strategies.
